About Our Products

Our Products

We are proud producers of traditional confectionery, including over 70 flavours of fudge, toffee, nut brittles, buttered brazil nuts & coconut ice. We select the best ingredients from trusted suppliers to give our confectionery the best taste.

All of our confectionery is handmade and we make all of our products in original copper boiling pans (the oldest one dating back to 1919!) ensuring our products are boiled to perfection & helping to give our confectionery that classic, quality taste. We are also proud to say our confectionery has won several awards over the years, most recently ‘Great Taste Awards’ from the Guild of Fine Food in both 2019 & 2022.

Ingredients

Ingredients for all products are labelled on each product.

Due to supplier changes or shortages at times, we may have to substitute ingredients. Any alterations will always be updated on the packaging.

Allergens

All allergens will be highlighted on packaging in bold.

Products and/or ingredients either contain or may contain the following allergens; PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOYA, MILK, EGG, GLUTEN, SESAME, SULPHUR DIOXIDE/ SULPHITES & MUSTARD. 

Unfortunately due to the possibility of cross contamination in our manufacturing process we cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergy free & so would not recommend these to allergy sufferers.

Any updates to allergens and ingredients from our suppliers will be updated on packaging & so product label information should be checked before consumption.

Storage

Products should be kept wrapped & in a cool, dry location.
All confectionery will have a minimum of 1 month best before date.
