We ship daily Monday – Thursday. If you order before midday on any of these shipping days we will send your order on the same day. If you order after midday your order will be sent on the next shipping day.

All orders to Mainland Britain are sent via DPD on a next day delivery service. Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands are sent via either DPD or Royal Mail may take up to 5 working days.

No. Unfortunately due to our manufacturing process we cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergen free & so would not recommend these to allergy sufferers.

All of our products are sent with full ingredients & nutiritional information printed on a label on the back of the product. We also add ingredient information to our website however individual product packagaing should always be checked before consumption incase of any ingredient alterations from our suppliers.

As we are a working factory and are mostly involved in production of our products we are unable to offer collection from our site. However, if you order before midday Monday – Thursday we will ship your order on the same day.

All of our products will be shipped with a minimum of 2 months’ best-before date unless you have purchased a sale item with an advertised shorter best-before date.

We like to think that all of our products would make lovely gifts! However we do also offer several product bundles which can be sent in a gift box to make them feel even more special. You can also leave a gift message that we will handwrite for you to send with your gift.
