Our Products
We are proud producers of traditional confectionery, including over 70 flavours of fudge, toffee, nut brittles, buttered brazil nuts & coconut ice. We select the best ingredients from trusted suppliers to give our confectionery the best taste.
All of our confectionery is handmade and we make all of our products in original copper boiling pans (the oldest one dating back to 1919!) ensuring our products are boiled to perfection & helping to give our confectionery that classic, quality taste. We are also proud to say our confectionery has won several awards over the years, most recently ‘Great Taste Awards’ from the Guild of Fine Food in both 2019 & 2022.
Our classic fudge & coconut ice bars are sold in 300g (approx) bars and our cubed fudge & nut brittles are sold in 200g (approx) bags. All fudge is delivered in individual bags with all ingredient & nutritional information listed.
Ingredients
Ingredients for all products are labelled on each product.
Due to supplier changes or shortages at times, we may have to substitute ingredients. Any alterations will always be updated on the packaging.
Allergens
All allergens will be highlighted on packaging in bold.
Products and/or ingredients either contain or may contain the following allergens; PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOYA, MILK, EGG, GLUTEN, SESAME, SULPHUR DIOXIDE/ SULPHITES & MUSTARD.
Unfortunately due to the possibility of cross contamination in our manufacturing process we cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergy free & so would not recommend these to allergy sufferers.
Any updates to allergens and ingredients from our suppliers will be updated on packaging & so product label information should be checked before consumption.
Storage
Products should be kept wrapped & in a cool, dry location.
All confectionery will have a minimum of 2 months best before date.
Delivery
- Orders placed between midday 04.09.2024 to midday 17.09.2024 will be shipped 17.09.2024.
- Delivery is free when you spend £25 or over.
- Delivery is £4 if order is under £25.
- We ship deliveries Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (excluding any bank holidays).
- If you order before midday Monday-Thursday your order will be shipped same day (excluding any bank holidays).
- Orders placed between midday Thursday and up to midday Monday will be shipped on Monday (excluding any bank holidays).
- All orders to Mainland Britain are sent via DPD on a next day delivery service. Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands are sent via either DPD or Royal Mail may take up to 5 working days.
- All orders placed or due to be sent on a bank holiday will be sent on the next working day.
